Domestic Delivery

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will be notified. Deliveries are made between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Please ensure you are reachable and inform us of any updates to your location or contact number. If contact cannot be made upon arrival, we will wait five minutes before rescheduling delivery for the next day at an extra charge.

International Delivery

You will be notified once your order is prepared for dispatch. International delivery timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate at the time of purchase. Shelby & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unforeseen courier hold-ups. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

As we are committed to providing the best shoes for all walks of life, our shoes may differ in terms of colours and sizes. We stringently check for all defects and size issues. However, should you not be satisfied with any of these reasons, you can follow our Return policy.

You must initiate the exchange within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shelby & Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any return.

We only replace products if

(a) you have a size issue,

(b) if the product has a manufacturing defect or

(c) if the product is damaged while being shipped to you.

All shoes should be tried on with care on a carpeted floor to ensure no marks or damage to the sole. If the soles of the shoe show signs of use the exchange will be rejected. Exchanges showing any signs of wear or damage, which include the following – Creased upper and scuffed leather sole will not be accepted.
